The English Squad update: Jarell Quansah ruled out
Jarell Quansah will sit out the English team's FIFA World Cup qualifier against Latvia due to a physical issue and the player – who did not take part in the national team's 3-0 exhibition win over Wales at Wembley Stadium – will return to his team Bayer Leverkusen.
He has been a mainstay in the team's defence this campaign but the national squad said no further squad additions were arranged for the qualification match in the Latvian capital on this Tuesday.
The English side could qualify for next year's World Cup with two games to remaining if they defeat their opponents on this Tuesday and results elsewhere in their qualifying group go their in their favor.
